Text message (SMS) terms

• Program: Level Up ADHD sends text messages related to trainings and events you've registered for, such as event reminders, to people who opt in.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or email [email protected].
• Consent: Opting in to texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or registration.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
