  • Information you choose to share in forms, surveys or messages, such as a goal you tell us about when you register for a training.
  • Purchase information when you buy a program. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
  • Basic usage information, such as pages visited and emails opened, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

  • To deliver the programs, trainings and resources you sign up for.
  • To send you emails you've asked for, including reminders, updates and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To send text messages if you've opted in (see below).
  • To answer your questions and improve our services.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send messages related to Level Up ADHD trainings and events you've registered for, such as event reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

No mobile information will be shared or sold with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our website and email platform, payment processor and text messaging provider), and only so they can perform those services for us, or when required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
